Is there a charge for an additional driver?
Yes, there is a small fee for adding an additional driver to your rental agreement.

What is the minimum rental period requirement?
We require a minimum rental period of 3 days for all vehicle rentals.

What is included in your all-inclusive daily rate?
Our all-inclusive daily rate covers insurance, all applicable taxes, unlimited mileage, additional drivers, and complimentary delivery and pick-up of your vehicle at the airport or your hotel within the central valley. Additionally, you will receive a detailed road map and 24/7 roadside assistance.

When do we pay the rental fee?
You will pay the rental fee at the time of pick-up when we hand over the vehicle, not before.

How can I reserve a vehicle?
To secure your vehicle reservation, we need your credit card information. Please note that reservation rates are subject to change if not guaranteed by a credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 days before the start date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card.
